Etiquette Policy
Safety and Comfort
A New Beginning Salon and Spa is a place to escape from everyday responsibilities. In order for all guests to enjoy their experiences, we kindly request that children not accompany adults for services. We request that children be brought to the salon and spa ONLY when the child has a scheduled appointment.
Payment
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, debit cards, MasterCard, American Express, Visa, and Discover. All checks with insufficient funds will be assessed a $25 return check fee.
A credit card guarantee is required when booking bridal services, special event formal styles and makeup application, spa packages, multiple appointments and parties of three or more using spa and salon services.
Cancellation Policy
We hope that you do not have to cancel. Salon and spa services reserved with a credit card or gift card and cancelled in less than requested time will be billed 50% of the published rate of each service.
To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice for individual appointments, 48 hours for packages and multiple appointments, and 72 hours for parties of three or more using spa and salon services.

Gratuity
Gratuities are gratefully accepted for exceptional service. Gratuity is accepted via credit card, debit card, cash or personal check.
Return Policy
Aveda products purchased at a New Beginning Salon and Spa may be returned within seven days accompanied by original receipt and a refund will be given according to the original form of payment. A store credit or exchange is accepted within 30 days when original receipt is presented. All Aveda makeup and aroma sales are non-refundable.
